    . Also known as Supine Groin Progressive. It's one of the most powerful e-cises in the Egoscue repertoire.  It  makes spending time in the Supine groin progressive stretch easy. Spending time in the tower allows your hip flexor muscle to return to it proper length and tension. This impacts the entire body adding the pain elimination process for those  who struggle with lower back pain, plantar fasciitis, etc.
