Priority mail .50 and first class mail .65 will include the cost of insurance to protect both the buyer and seller and I deem it mandatory, BUT I can ship cheaper by first class with no insurance (.95) with tracking if you give me your word (your word is good enough for me) not to file a claim or complaint with ebay or paypal and not to leave me a negative should the item not arrive or arrive damaged.

Description: Rare original die cut heavy card stock card given out at the 1896 London National Cycle Show from the Woodley Tyres booth reads "Can't Be Punctured, National Cycle Show, Ride Woodley Tyres, London Dec. 4th to 12th, 1896, This is to Certify that the weightduring the above period of Mr. Wheeler was 12 st. 6 lbs.". It measures 3" x 3 3/4" and is in very nice condition with NO bends. Some spotting on the back.
