Women's Surgical Scrub Hat, pleated bouffant style.
This Bouffant style has a front band with evenly spaced pleats as an alternative to gathers.  You get the fullness without the pouffiness on top. It  has elastic and a cord toggle to adjust the fit.  This hat is generously cut to accommodate long or short hair.
Finished measurements:  The body is the hat is approx 20.75” diameter. The band is approximately 12.75" long and 2-1/4” wide at center front, tapering to the sides.
100% Cotton, machine washable, cold water.   Hang or tumble dry.  The fabric was pre-washed before cutting so the size won’t change after the hat is laundered.
Pictures are taken with an iPhone and should fairly accurately reflect the actual colors of the product. Keep in mind that different display devices may render colors slightly differently. My pictures are taken indoors under LED lights and are not enhanced.
When I make more than one hat, the first one finished will be the the one photographed. The fabric pattern may be positioned differently from the one shown in the picture.
