Vintage Girl Scout CADETTE UNIFORM-DRESS JUMPER-SASH-GREATER LONG BEACH #509

Description

This is for a CADETTE UNIFORM JUMPER from 1973 and has the World Association Pin and Trefoil Pin on it. It is in great condition-no holes or stains. It is a size 10. This was from the year that they introduced different pieces to go with the uniform-from Jumper-to Pants to Skirt etc. There were different blouses to that could be worn with this uniform. It is made from Polyester and easy to wash and wear. The Sash has membership stars, Numbers and 5 Junior badges. The sash has a cut over the council strip that you cannot see unless you lift it up. I think they cut a different council name out. These are nice to have in a collection because there weren’t many of these worn as you could use the older dark green skirt, white blouse Cadette uniform also. The girls in my troop did not like the jumper as they said they wore that look in First grade so we wore outr old uniform.
